Do I need an account?

No. Kaal works fully offline on your device. Sign in only if you want your data to sync securely across your devices.

How do I connect Google Calendar?

In the Calendar tab, choose Connections → Google Calendar and sign in with Google. Kaal uses a read-only scope — it can display your events but never creates, edits or deletes them.

How do I restore a purchase?

Go to Profile → Edit profile → Restore purchase. Purchases restore only for the same App Store or Google Play account they were made on.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion by email — see the Account & Data Deletion page.

Notifications, reminders & alarms aren’t firing

Make sure notifications are allowed for Kaal in your device settings, and that “Alarms & reminders” (exact alarms) is permitted on Android 13+. Battery-saver or “restricted” app settings can also delay scheduled alarms.
